All custom orders must be paid in advance.

Order must be picked up the same week unless an alternate arrangement has been made.

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges unless defective.

Pre-made articles are final sale and cannot be returned. If an item is defective, proof that care instructions were followed must be presented.

Please allow for 2-7 business days for items to be completed.

All credit card and debit card transactions are subject to $1.50 transaction fee.
